Welcome to Keke Kids. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keke Kids coloring app, our websites, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services are designed for children with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. By allowing a child to use the App, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

• "Keke Kids," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the provider of the App and Services.
• "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person who accesses or uses the Services, including parents, guardians, and supervised children.
• "App" refers to the Keke Kids coloring application available on supported mobile platforms.
• "Content" refers to coloring pages, illustrations, sounds, text, and other materials made available through the Services.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App and Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt to interfere with their normal operation, or access them through any means other than the interfaces we provide.

Some features of the App may require an account or parental controls. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the App and for any activity carried out by minors under their care.

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or subscription content. All purchases are processed by the applicable app store (such as Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms. Because children may use the App, we strongly recommend enabling parental controls and purchase authentication on your device. Except where required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of the App.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm any other person.

We are committed to protecting children's privacy. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We design the App to minimize data collection and to comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA and GDPR-K where relevant.

The App may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (such as app store platforms or analytics providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small-claims court if your claims qualify. You and Keke Kids waive the right to participate in class actions.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keke Kids and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

All Content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the App and Services are owned by Keke Kids or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Keke Kids operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at any time without notice.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Keke Kids regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.
